Traditional Caricature by commission

Now accepting commissions. Send me your photos and I’ll create a handmade traditional caricature using soft pastel on paper, size 12×16 inches. Perfect as a special gift, wall art, or a standout profile picture.

Base format includes: 12×16 inches size, soft pastel on quality paper, full color, professional finish.

1. Send your reference photos
   Make sure they’re clear and well lit. If possible, include both a straight-on view and side or angled shots.
    
2. Initial deposit
   A 50% deposit of the total price is required to confirm the commission.
    
3. Initial sketch
   I’ll send a line drawing (without color) so you can check proportions, features, and layout. You can request adjustments at this stage.
    
4. Color and details
   Once the sketch is approved, I’ll apply soft pastels: color, shadows, highlights, textures, and fine details.
    
5. Final review
   I’ll send you a high-resolution version with full color for you to review and request any small changes or tweaks.
    
6. Final delivery
    
   • After the remaining 50% payment is made, you’ll receive the finished physical piece (in person pickup or shipped).
      
   • Also included: a high-resolution digital version so you can print it, share it, or gift it as you like.
      

• Physical delivery: you can pick up at my studio or I can ship it safely.
   
• Domestic U.S. shipping available; cost based on your address.
   
• Digital delivery included: a high-res scan for personal or agreed commercial use.
   

• Usage rights: we’ll agree from the start whether the caricature will be used commercially.
   
• Revisions: I include up to 2 rounds of adjustments (one after the sketch, another after color). Major changes beyond that may incur an extra fee.
   
• Materials: high-quality paper for soft pastel, fixative for preservation, protective packaging or finish to ensure color longevity.
   
• Estimated completion time: about 1-2 weeks, depending on current workload.
